It has been determined by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services that we are able to furnish proper care for two orphans from Ethiopia.
This is the first step in the adoption immigration process. It's called the I-600A form, and it costs $830 just to apply for it.
Because we are approved for the I-600A, the U.S. Government has sent our pre approval to the embassy in Addis Ababa for visas for two orphans! Visas are good.
